Discover Club Nordica

Club Nordica is a community of passionate outdoor and wellness enthusiasts in the Mount Washington Valley who wish to meet and socialize with other enthusiasts who share our love for traditional Scandinavian winter swimming and sauna. 

 We believe that spending time outside is essential for physical and mental health, and we want to help people connect with the natural world, year round on the Saco River. 

Our goal is to create a community of outdoor enthusiasts who embrace the seasons and all nature has to offer, while supporting each other and our practice of cold water swimming/immersion and sauna.

We offer a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for cold water swimming/immersion and sauna. 

We offer a place to gather, socialize, share and explore educational resources on the health benefits, physiological responses, and synergies of cold and heat exposure practices; a myriad of benefits of which the Scandinavian cultures have known for centuries.
